Patient Policies

  • We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time to complete a client intake and any necessary consent forms. For your convenience, we offer the option to complete your paperwork via text and email prior to your visit.

    If you are running late, please call us at (559) 425-0415 to inform us of your estimated arrival time. We design our appointment slots to ensure each service receives appropriate attention. While we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment if you arrive late, this cannot be guaranteed. Your service time may be shortened to prevent delays for other patients, which could mean less numbing time for treatments requiring it or the omission of additional scheduled services. Arrivals delayed by 10 minutes or more will be considered a No Show. After two No Shows, you will not be scheduled for future appointments.

  • Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the suite at anytime. This is for both the client and child’s safety. If you show up to your appointment with a child, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged the no show/late cancellation fee.

  • Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require a 48-hour advance notice in order to cancel any service at no charge. Any changes or cancellations made by the patient after the 48-hour window will result in a $100 fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours you will be charged $100! If there’s no card on file you account will have a $100 fee added to your account. If you NO SHOW your appointment you will be charged $100.

  • We strive to provide the best possible care and service to our patients. Please note that products purchased at our office are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on services rendered, even if the results do not meet your expectations.

    As outlined in our consent forms, "I understand that the results of my treatment cannot be guaranteed. I understand that my results may vary based on the following factors: skin type, area of the body being treated, and post-treatment care. I understand I may require multiple treatments to obtain the desired results."

    We encourage our patients to carefully consider and understand this information before proceeding with any treatment. Once the consent form is signed, it is at the patient's discretion to move forward with the service.

  • We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure that we bring you the latest and greatest technology and treatment techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Our office works in conjunction with applicable rewards programs (i.e., Aspire,Evolus, and Alle) to obtain reward points earned on previous injection services rendered or gift cards that were purchased through the manufacture’s website. It is the responsibility of the patient to notify us points/gift cards are being used prior to checking out.

  • We value and appreciate having you as our patient. However, Ageless Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, at any time, and for any reason, in order to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism.

  • Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to work with your insurance company to gain coverage for the services we provide. These services are considered to be “out of pocket” and 100% the patient’s responsibility. We do accept HSA cards as long as a VISA is present on the card.

  • First and foremost, our goal is for you to be happy with your service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive, and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. Please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you, and you only.
